Private Pilates
Private sessions at Pace Pilates are perfect for injury rehabilitation, elite conditioning, weight loss, or reaching fitness goals.
Private classes are customised to meet the unique goals of the individual and sessions are tailored to work at the client’s current fitness levels, steadily increasing in the effort as the client progresses both in both strength and confidence.
Private classes help to unlock full performance potential and accelerate results quickly by increasing the quality of movement, through correct muscle recruitment. Private sessions can help with whole-body conditioning, specific anatomy conditioning, cross-training, skill development, spinal pathologies, prevention of injury, rehabilitation of chronic pain, and pre-and post-natal rehabilitation.

One - One
A private session with only you and your instructor. Fully customised to your individual needs.
$90 per 50-minute session
Two - One
Want to work out with a buddy? BYO's own buddy and split the cost by two.*
$120 per 50-minute session ($60 per person)
Three - One
The group timetable doesn’t work for you? Perhaps you just want to work out with your friends. BYO two friends and split the cost by three.*
$150 per 50-minute session ($40 per person)
*It is the responsibility of the group members to split the cost between themselves. When making the purchase, the purchasing account will be charged the full amount.
