TWO WEEKS UNLIMITED CLASSES FOR $59
Attend as many classes as you can for two weeks. Your two weeks will start on the day you book your first class.
5 CLASSES IN 5 WEEKS FOR $100
Attend five classes over five weeks. You can choose the booking combination that suits your schedule best as long as all the classes are used before the end of five weeks.
Once you have completed one introductory offer you are welcome to purchase the alternate offer.
What class should you book?
TOTAL TONE
You are beginning your Pilates journey. It is your first time doing pilates, you are returning to pilates after an extended break, you have pre-existing injuries, you are pregnant, you have never held a pilates membership before.
SWEAT AND STRETCH
You are familiar with reformer Pilates. You are a seasoned pilates participant and just transitioning studio. You have no injuries.
Throughout your introductory offer period, and as you embrace our sustainable movement we'll offer you opportunities to fine-tune and align your class choices with your preferences. As a general rule of thumb, once you've completed 10 classes, you'll have the chance to elevate your practice and join the invigorating Sweat and Stretch level, where sustainable movement takes centre stage.
Do you have grip socks?

If yes skip this step, if no hang around for a little longer.
Your safety and hygiene are our top priorities in the studio. To ensure this, grip socks are required for all pilates classes. These special socks have grippy pads on the soles, preventing slips. If you don't have a pair, you can purchase them below, and we'll give you socks on your first class.

There is ample street parking directly opposite the studio that varies from 1 hour - 5 hours.
What time should I arrive?
As we are a small studio with no reception participants generally arrive between 10-2 minutes before class. If it is your first class we suggest arriving 10 minutes before class so your instructor can take you through the basics.
What do I wear/bring?
Feel free to dress in whatever makes you feel most comfortable during our classes. Typically, participants opt for leggings or shorts paired with a t-shirt or tank top. If you think you might get thirsty, it's a great idea to bring a water bottle along. While some individuals choose to bring a towel, don't worry too much about getting excessively sweaty. And of course, don't forget your grip socks and a positive, can-do attitude! We're thrilled to have you join us, and we can't wait to create a welcoming and uplifting experience together!

HOW DO I BOOK?
When you made your introductory offer you created a mind-body account which is your booking account. To book you can visit the timetable tab on our website, or download the mind-body app.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE CORRECTLY BOOKED A CLASS?
You can view your booked classes on your mind-body account. Login into your account by clicking here and view your ‘schedule’
WHAT IF I CAN LONGER ATTEND CLASS?
If you can no longer attend class that’s ok, however; you must cancel your session 12 hours before it begins to avoid the $10 late cancellation charge.
