WELCOME TO PACE PILATES
Hello, I'm Ella Grace! Welcome to Pace Pilates, a unique and inviting boutique studio located on Davies Road in Claremont. At this studio, we take pride in crafting an exceptional atmosphere where your well-being and sense of belonging take centre stage. Our primary goal is to provide a welcoming environment that uplifts and supports you throughout your Pilates journey.
While observing the current fitness landscape in Claremont, I noticed that pilates studios cater primarily to a younger demographic, emphasizing intense workouts, HIIT pilates classes, and achieving a specific physique. This approach seemed to miss the essence of Pilates. On the other hand, pilates classes offered at physiotherapy and health centres lacked the challenge and engagement beyond injury rehabilitation. Recognising this gap, I founded Pace as the perfect middle ground.
Pace is designed to accommodate individuals of all backgrounds and fitness levels. Our serene Pilates sessions embody the perfect fusion of tranquillity and movement, carefully curated to prioritise technique without sacrificing the element of enjoyment.
In under three years, we've built a thriving community at Pace Pilates. With dedicated instructors and diverse members, we offer classes for all ages and backgrounds. Grateful for the overwhelming support and 80+ five-star reviews, we prioritize your well-being in our inclusive space. Join us in promoting sustainable movement and setting the pace together.

All of our instructors hold national qualifications obtained from pilates schools recognized as Registered Training Organizations (RTOs). These qualifications are nationally recognized and indicate that our instructors have undergone rigorous training with over 500 hours of compulsory learning. This distinction is significant because many organizations and franchises offer pilates training without meeting these standards (offering weekend courses), resulting in instructors without proper recognition.
Benefits of Pilates at Pace Pilates
Pace Pilates caters to individuals from all walks of life, embracing a diverse range of participants. We welcome and accommodate everyone, regardless of gender, whether they are mothers, fathers, young or old, individuals seeking to maintain their fitness or those in search of motivation, busy professionals, or school students.
The beauty of pilates lies in its universal accessibility. It can be embraced by individuals at any stage of their life's journey. The meticulously curated repertoire performed on the reformer focuses on controlled and progressive movements that effectively lengthen and strengthen the muscles. This, in turn, leads to improved mobility, flexibility, and enhanced muscle control. The reformer's adjustable nature allows both men and women to execute each exercise comfortably, tailoring the length and height of the components to suit their unique physiques. This adaptability ensures seamless transitions between exercises, providing a personalized experience for every participant.
Moreover, pilates challenges the conventional notion that strength equates to bulk. By relying solely on resistance from the springs, pilates sculpts and tones the body while promoting overall stability, coordination, and mobility. It serves as an exceptional choice for individuals seeking to enhance their performance through cross-training or those in need of rehabilitation assistance. Whether one aims to excel in other physical activities or seeks to regain strength and function after an injury, pilates offers a comprehensive solution.
At Pace Pilates, we are dedicated to ensuring that our programs accommodate the diverse needs and goals of our participants. We firmly believe that Pilates is a transformative practice accessible to individuals of all backgrounds and abilities.
