Our Classes.

Pace Pilates offers an array of group classes that utilize the unique design of the pilates reformer. The reformer is a long bed that has a sliding carriage and bar and where resistance is created through the unique design of springs and pulling straps which allow for scalable resistance. The moving carriage allows for feedback and enforces technique creating the ultimate workout. In each class the instructor will offer three variations of each exercise, therefore allowing each member to choose the level of intensity they feel comfortable with.

Total Tone

Increase your overall coordination, strength, and stability with our total tone class. Our total tone class utilises the breath and springs of the reformer to both challenge and assist the body as it flows through an array of feel-good moves that enhance the overall well-being of the body.

Level: Basic to Progressive

Pre- and Post-natal clients are welcome to participate in this class.

Sweat & Stretch

Come and firm, burn and sculpt your body with our pilates sweat and stretch. Meet us on the reformer for a high-intensity low-impact muscle challenging and sweat inducing workout. Come and challenge your balance, endurance and coordination in this energy loaded body workout that will leave you burning for more!

Members must familiar with the reformer before attending this class. This class is not suitable for clients in their third trimester.

Level: Progressive to Intermediate

Jump

Looking to increase your aerobic activity, but need something low-impact and soft on the joints? Jump is an excellent option for you. Jump is a fast paced class that mimics the action of regular jumping except, your laying on your back and pressing in and out on a soft padded board. Jump will get your heart rate up, tone up your legs and give you a killer ab workout!

Level: Progressive - Intermediate

Private

Private pilates is perfect for anyone looking for a little more assistance or who would like a program tailored to their body and goals. Privates provide a great opportunity for one-one learning and are available to book on a regular basis or as a one-off. Privates are conducted by diploma graduates who have a deeper understanding of common joint impingements, disc protrusion, scoliosis, osteoporosis, and pregnancy. Private pilates caterers for individuals with physical impairments however medical clearance must be provided. Private clients are welcome to bring their baby or young child.
